Definitions :

• The Client : A person, business or company wish to use the Expert Web World services.
• Domain : A unique web address or URL which is used in the browser to access the website. Client will use it to watch his website online. For example www.expertwebworld.com, www.google.com, www.expertwebworld.in
• Web Hosting : A server space in which files are uploaded to run online for whol world. Hosting charges are applicable yearly and paid by the client.
• Pages : Each website contains lots of accessible pages in which content are visible and readable by the visitors.
• Content : All the website pages contain images and text to show the client services.
• HTML: Hyper Text Markup Language is used to create the website pages and browser will read it from server pages.
• Dynamic Page : Dynamic means client is able to change the content using EWW Builder. Not own the source code of builder.
• Static Page : All the pages on the server in HTML format without any Website Control Panel and client not able to change the content is Static pages.
• Business Email : Email address related to domain like username@domainname.com or username@domainname.in , any extension in the last.
• Website Live : When all the pages are uploaded on the live domain for visitor to view it from development server.

Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all web services provided by Expert Web World and ordered by the client. Any modification, amendment, or addition to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid only if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. All the information provided in the website http://www.expertwebworld.com, https://directory.expertwebworld.com is the property of the Expert Web World. The content in the website is are protected by copyrighted material. The use of this website at the visitor own personal risk.
3. All quotations issued by Expert Web World shall remain valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Expert Web World reserves the right to revise, increase, or decrease pricing in the future based on changes in project scope, market conditions, operational costs, service requirements, or other relevant factors.
4. Expert Web World shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays in achieving estimated project deadlines. Project timelines are subject to client cooperation, third-party services, technical limitations, and unforeseen circumstances. Further, Expert Web World shall not be responsible for website downtime, server failures, hosting issues, data loss, script corruption, software malfunction, or any damage resulting from third-party systems, unauthorized access, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.Our servers are not an archive and we shall have no liability to you or any other person for loss, damage or destruction of any of your content.
5. Email shall be the official and primary mode of communication for all matters relating to website design, development, SEO, hosting, approvals, revisions, and project instructions. Expert Web World shall not be responsible for any request, instruction, approval, commitment, or task communicated through phone calls, messaging applications, social media chats, or any unofficial communication channel unless confirmed by email.
6. Work on the project shall commence only after written confirmation is issued by Expert Web World through email.
7. An advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total project value shall be required before commencement of work and shall be non-refundable. In case the client chooses to cancel the project after seven (7) days from the project commencement date, no refund shall be payable by Expert Web World. The website or final deliverables shall be made live, delivered, or transferred only upon full payment and clearance of the remaining outstanding balance.
8. The client agrees to maintain timely communication and cooperation with Expert Web World during the design and development phase of the project. If the client fails to respond for a period exceeding fourteen (14) days, Expert Web World may issue up to three (3) reminder notices to the registered email address. In the absence of any response thereafter, Expert Web World reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project without further notice. Any request to reactivate the project at a later stage may be subject to an administrative reinstatement fee of INR 500 or such revised fee as applicable.
9. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all scripts, applications, software, source code, custom developments, and related intellectual property created by Expert Web World shall remain the exclusive property and copyright of Expert Web World. Such materials shall not be copied, redistributed, modified for resale, sublicensed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Expert Web World.
10. The Client agrees that resale, transfer, distribution, sublicensing, or commercial use of any website design, source code, development work, or related materials created by Expert Web World is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from Expert Web World.
11. The Client agrees that Expert Web World reserves the right to display, publish, reference, or include any completed or ongoing work, including project name, design samples, and non-confidential deliverables, within its portfolio, marketing materials, website, or promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Expert Web World reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any project or service request involving unlawful content, malicious software, viruses, hostile programs, abusive or harassing conduct toward staff, violent activities, harmful intent, unauthorized activities, spam-related operations, or any activity that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards.
13. Expert Web World reserve the right to cancel or terminate the project without refund in event of any inappropriate conduct, threatening behaviour, abusing with any employee. Any further communication then must be only via postal mail only.
14. Expert Web World Offer Free hosting and Domain for first year without any backup solutions. Expert Web World not takes any responsibility of availabilities of website or virus etc on the server and website.
15. All Hosting backups of the data on your hosting packages rests with you. We strongly recommend that you take periodic backups and store them at your end so that you have multiple options in case of necessity for a restore.
16. Client agrees that hosting charges is paid within 10days of hosting expiry date. Renewal of Hosting and Domain is on yearly basis. Client agrees that is his responsibility to renew the domain on time.
17. Expert Web World place a small text link in the bottom of client website that states Website Design and SEO by Expert Web World and its link goes to Expert Web World website, If client dont wish it then he has to pay double extra cost to hide it.
18. Expert Web World reserves the right to change the hosting of client without any notice and charge the hosting price in any time.
19. Before the website go live Expert Web World require full fund of the quotation. Its client responsibilities to read all the website content and notice to Expert Web World to go live. Client agrees to provide all details in good time during design and development.
20. Expert Web World shall provide an initial design draft for client review and approval. The client may request content updates during this stage. If the client approves the design and proceeds with the development of additional pages, the design shall be considered final and approved. Any future request for redesign, structural changes, or major design modifications after approval may incur additional charges based on the scope of redesign work. Minor content updates, image replacements, and simple content changes are excluded from redesign charges.
21. Expert Web World provide the 2-3 logos design sample with first draft. For redesign Expert Web World create A4 pages, if more then A4 page content comes then it treats a new page.
22. Expert Web World not guarantee to a particular ranking in the Google and Bing search engine. Client agrees to supply the keywords and description to add in website meta tags.
23. Expert Web World provide the hosting with every web design order. If any client website is going out of bandwidth or size then Expert Web World charge the fund any time, or terminate the hosting, or ask for better package.
24. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the final website design, structure, and appearance shall be deemed approved once the website is made live or approved by the Client. Any timelines, cost estimates, or projections provided through email or other communication channels are approximate estimates only and may vary depending upon project requirements and circumstances.
25. The Client agrees that for CMS-based websites, the responsibility for adding, managing, and updating website content shall remain with the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing. For static websites, the Client shall provide all text, images, and content through email and shall confirm that such content has been placed correctly before project completion.
26. The Client acknowledges that eCommerce, CMS functionality, modules, and layout structures may have technical limitations and certain modifications, additional features, or design changes may not always be feasible within the existing framework.
27. The Client agrees that EWW Ecommerce Builder, EWW Builder, CMS platforms, frameworks, source code, and related proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Expert Web World and shall not be transferred, distributed, migrated, licensed, or installed on third-party hosting environments without prior written approval.
28. The Client acknowledges that websites may display differently across browsers, browser versions, operating systems, screen resolutions, and devices. Expert Web World does not guarantee identical appearance or functionality across all browsers or future browser releases unless specifically agreed in writing.
29. Expert Web World reserves the right to charge additional fees for modifications, updates, testing, redevelopment, or corrective work required due to browser updates, technology changes, third-party platform updates, or compatibility issues arising after project completion.
30. Except where required by applicable law, Expert Web World shall not be liable for failures, bugs, errors, warnings, interruptions, software conflicts, third-party issues, or technical faults affecting the website. Expert Web World shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, business, reputational, or financial losses including loss of profit, loss of earnings, loss of goodwill, or claims arising from services performed on behalf of the Client.
31. Expert Web World makes no representation or warranty that content published on websites developed, hosted, or maintained through its services may be lawfully viewed or accessed in all jurisdictions, and compliance with local laws shall remain the Client's responsibility.
32. The Client acknowledges and agrees that all services provided by Expert Web World are used at the Client's own risk and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
33. cPanel. In the event you add cPanel to your server, you agree to be bound by the cPanel EULA, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
34. Plesk. In the event you add Plesk to your server, you agree to be bound by the Plesk EULA, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
35. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising out of or relating to the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dera Bassi only.
